Berthoud Pass Avalanche
This was the site of the avalanche in Berthoud Pass. This view is from our car as we were driving back from a week's vacation in Steamboat Springs, CO.
It is crazy to think about the force of all that snow and the unfortunate timing of the people driving by who were caught in it. Looking up at all that snow make make a person feel very small.
